Senior Training

Sunday at 10.30am
Running – starting from Car Park, Emo Court, Emo, Co Laois.

Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm
Running – starting from St Fintans Car Park, Dublin Road, Portlaoise, Co Laois.

Wednesday at 8.00 – 9.00pm
Strength and Conditioning Training – The Ballyfin Community Hall

All Senior Men and Woman are welcome and it is also open to Boys and Girls over the age of 14. These classes are great to assist in core strength, a great workout for athletes but will compliment other sports as well. Bring a weight and an ab wheel. €5 per session – well worth it! Spread the word to anyone who you feel may be interested in coming along.

Juvenile Training

With the shorter days, training has moved indoors and takes place every Monday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm in the Ballyfin Community Hall, Ballyfin for all children. The older children will be training at the pitch but we will meet at the hall to leave jackets etc in the hall. Please make sure that your child brings rain gear on wet evenings and a drink with them – €2 sub per training session.

Friday evenings training is aimed at the older children and takes place in Treo Nua in Portlaoise from 6.30 to 7.30pm.
